Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience as a manager in semiconductors or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor and electronics company
- Must have good communication skills
- Expertise in production manufacturing
- Good in people handling
- Flexible, and willing to work on a shifting schedule if needed
Education:
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s or college degree in engineering

- Experienced in project management (NPI/NPD)
- Experience in assembly operations (molding, dispensing, SMT, die-attach, wirebond)
- Assembly process expert
- Must have good communication skills, experienced in customer communication
- Willing to lead engineers
Education:
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s or college degree in engineering

- Experienced in DOEs, failure analysis
