Capacity Planner Engineering Trainee/Intern

Job Summary:

  • Activities (capacity modeling and data analysis)
  • Support planning team on capacity planning
  • Development & maintenance of planning and customer key performance indicators

Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

  • Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Systematic control of the equipment performance level (downtime, frequency of alarms and others)
  • Analyze the causes of equipment failure and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Execution of failure reports after solving the problem
  • Optimize equipment costs related to “Spare Parts”, consumables and others
  • Actively contribute to the Operations Team to achieve the planned production and quality objectives

Qualifications:

  • 12th year – technical area: electricity, electronics, mechanical, automation, robotics
  • Good knowledge about mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, micro-welding
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English and Informatics

MEMS SMT Process Engineer

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for development and characterization of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, comprehending paste printing, pick & place, reflow and flux clean
  • Drives Set-up, qualification and optimization of recipes and tools for quality, yield and productivity
  • Monitors process performance KPIs (Cpk, Yield, OEE, material efficiency, etc)
  • Defines and follows through the implementation of improvement plans
  • Responsible for adherence to capacity targets (Raw tool times) and driver of overall equipment efficiency improvement projects
  • Responsible for process documentation (setup & tooling matrix; work instructions)
  • Specification and evaluation of new equipment and/or processes pertaining to SMT
  • Liaises with R&D on New Product Introduction (NPI), with a special focus on design for manufacturing
  • Liaises with equipment suppliers on tool selection (eg: printing stencil) and problem-solving
  • Liaises with equipment team to ensure adequate maintenance programs for SMT equipment
  • Drives/coordinates SMT Operator certification
  • Performs lot deviation disposition together with Quality Assurance
  • Uses SPC for process/tool control and guarantee tool stability over time
  • Extracts, compiles and analyses process data using statistical tools
  • Supports customer audits and visits
  • Issues accurate, complete reports of work

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Material Sciences degrees may be acceptable providing extensive experience in SMT
  • English business fluent
  • Professional Experience >3 years (experience with SMT technologies, materials & equipment, preferably in the context of high-volume electronics manufacturing for automotive applications)

MEMS Test Engineer Trainee/Intern

Job Summary:

  • Participation in transfer projects of Automated Test solutions
  • Definition, control and optimization of the manufacturing process in the electrical test operation
  • Development of product performance control data analysis tools and electrical testing equipment
  • Monitoring of the production process, monitoring of performance indicators, analysis of abnormal situations and their disposition
  • Participation in improvement teams focused on maximizing operational performance

Qualifications:

Process Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

  • Supports the Integration of new MEMS products
  • Accompanies activities in the system and in the line and prepares special work requests

Qualifications:

Wafer Prep Process Engineer

Job Summary:

  • Supports the responsible engineer for wafer prep processes (laminate, dicing, grinding, and mount);
  • Set-up recipes and Wafer Prep equipment for Production assuring tool capacity in place
  • Supports Yield and Quality enhancement
  • Performs lot deviation disposition together with QA
  • Supports SPC/MSA for process/tool control and guarantees tool stability over time
  • Drives continuous improvement
  • Identifies causes of variation using statistical methods and design of experiments and drives corrective and preventive actions
  • Supports development projects for Wafer Prep and R&D new product material or processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering such as Mechanics (preferred), Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Electronics
  • IT systems knowledge (preferred)
  • Understanding of SPC, analytical and problem-solving skills such as 8D, DOE, FMEA, GRR (preferred)
  • English business fluent
