Industrial Engineer


Job Summary:

  • Set-up, qualify and optimizes process recipes for PVD, RIE, ASH and Furnace equipment assuring capacity is in place. Supports R&D new product set-ups
  • Optimizes equipment productivity, yield and quality
  • Designs and conduct experiments for process development and drives corrective actions
  • Extracts, compiles, and analyses data using statistical tools necessary for the job
  • Supports implementation of FDC in assigned tools
  • Supports SPC for process/tool control and guarantees tool stability over time
  • Documents process and parameters. Issues accurate, complete reports of work

Qualifications:

  • Background Engineering (Production, Industrial)

Test Engineer Trainee


Job Summary:

  • Participation in transfer projects and development of Automated Test solutions
  • Definition, control and optimization of the manufacturing process in the Electrical Test operation
  • Development of product performance control data analysis tools and electrical testing equipment
  • Solving technical problems in highly complex systems at product and tester level (HW and SW)
  • Monitoring of the production process, monitoring of performance indicators, analysis of abnormal situations and their disposition
  • Participation in improvement teams focused on maximizing operation’s performance

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Electronics, Digital Systems, Testability, Telecommunications
  • Knowledge of FMEA, Process Control and Problem Solving methodologies
  • English business fluent and also Portuguese

Maintenance Technician


Job Summary:

  • Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Systematic control of the equipment performance level (downtime, frequency of alarms and others)
  • Analyze the causes of equipment failure and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Execution of failure reports after solving the problem
  • Optimize equipment costs related to “Spare Parts”, consumables and others
  • Actively contribute to the Operations Team to achieve the planned production and quality objectives

Qualifications:

  • 12th year – technical area: electricity, electronics, mechanical, automation, robotics
  • Good knowledge about mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, micro-welding
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English and Informatics
  • Availability for work in rotating shifts
  • Punctuality

Process Engineer


Job Summary:

  • Configure, qualify and optimize equipment and parameters to improve productivity, yield, and quality and assure production capacity is in place
  • Support R&D new product set-up
  • Design and conduct experiments for process development and drive corrective actions
  • Support SPC for process/tool control and guarantee tool stability over time
  • Extract, compile and analyze data using statistical tools necessary for the job
  • Perform lot deviation disposition together with Quality Assurance
  • Document process and parameters. Issue accurate, complete reports of work

Qualifications:

  • MS Engineering in Electronics, Mechanical, Material Sciences, Physics or Chemistry
  • English business fluent
  • Thorough understanding of SPC and Data Analysis skills
  • IT systems knowledge, including programming skills, preferred

Professional Experience:

  • Previous experience desirable to guarantee a short time introduction to our process
  • Communication and presentation skills engaged working style/high flexibility to change job/tasks.
