Career Opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sustaining and/or optimizing process yields and process quality of the products through process improvement programs (SPC) and process monitoring (process capability-SPC) on production lines. This includes data collection, analysis, and charting of process monitoring
- Responsible for evaluating, establishing, qualifying, and implementing manufacturing process to production (due to changes in processes, materials, equipment & tooling)
- Responsible for qualifying new materials, tooling, equipment, new devices/packages, and generation of specifications, work-instruction, and procedures for production. This includes BOM verifications and validations
- Responsible for analyzing and disposition of abnormality or low-yield lots. This includes the disposition of questionable (MRB) materials
- Recommend, evaluate, and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing the company’s competitiveness through higher output and lower cost
- Support and resolve production line process-related problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical, chemical engineering, or other relevant engineering
- Prefer one year of experience as an engineer from a semiconductor factory
- CET-4, basic knowledge of 6-sigma
- English language reading, writing, and oral skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
Unix & Linux Admin
- Administer Unix and Linux systems, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and change activities
- Maintain system documentation
- Ensure security compliance
- Support stable, high-availability operation of enterprise IT systems in a manufacturing, mission-critical production environment
Data Transfer Management
- Manage enterprise data transfer operations, monitor data transfer processes, and maintain data transfer documentation
- Ensure secure, reliable, and timely data exchange with internal systems and external customers
- Enforce security and compliance controls
- Resolve transfer failures
- Support audits
- Coordinate change activities
- Continuously improve data transmission stability, integrity, and operational efficiency across mission-critical environments
Basic Oracle Admin
- Support basic Oracle database operations, including system monitoring, routine health checks, user and schema management, and coordination with DB specialists
- Assist in incident handling, change execution, backup verification, and documentation
- Ensure database availability, stability, and compliance with enterprise IT operational standards
- Provide daily support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Unix and Linux system administration, including OS installation, configuration, patching, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of enterprise data transfer mechanisms, including secure file transfer such as SFTP and FTPS, network connectivity with external customers, and basic data security principles
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including basic administration tasks, monitoring, and coordination with DB specialists
- Familiarity with manufacturing or enterprise IT environments, change management, and operational support processes is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving capability, documentation awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support roles
- Proven hands-on experience in Unix and Linux system administration, including daily operations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and incident handling
- Practical experience in data transfer and system connectivity with external customers, including secure file transfer, data exchange support, and issue resolution coordination across internal and external teams
- Basic Oracle database administration experience, including system monitoring, simple operational tasks, and collaboration with database administrators
- Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, or other mission-critical enterprise environments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with operational support processes, documentation standards, and change management practices
- Ability to work independently while ensuring stable and reliable IT service delivery
- Ability to adopt and leverage new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, automation, and agent-based solutions, to improve operational efficiency and support future IT transformation initiatives
- Basic understanding of or hands-on exposure to AI platforms, scripting, automation frameworks, or intelligent monitoring tools is preferred
- Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to drive or lead small to medium-scale IT projects such as system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, or technology enhancements
- Ability to handle requirement clarification, task coordination, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Strong ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration capability, and the ability to balance daily operations with project-based work
- Experience applying structured project methods in an enterprise or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
