Sales Account Manager (Shanghai)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales performance
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize Amkor sales at the accounts
    • Take ownership of relevant key performance indicators (mostly come from AOP) and drive corrective actions if required
    • Ensure all key internal systems and processes are updated on a timely cadence with accurate information
    • Sharing best practices with other parts of the organizations and other accounts in order to ensure continuous development of both personnel and the team
  • New product introduction
    • Identify opportunities for Amkor and Develop Amkor’s strategy to win business
    • Work with TPM and BU closely to make sure NPI moving smoothly and complete on time
  • Customer relationship management
    • Represent and convey the customer needs internally at Amkor to BU, factories or a relative team
    • Ensure adequate priorities are set in order to execute the strategy
  • Management of customer agreements
  • Leads negotiation with key customers of Amkor required agreements as well as customer required agreement
  • Business intelligence
    • Understand customer business strategy, opportunity and issue
    • Understand the ecosystem of the specific IC product market of your customer and even the end customer
    • Understand Amkor’s competition from your key account

Travel Required:

  • Domestic 30% International 5%


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Marketing
  • More than 5 years in Semiconductor, and 3+ years in IC OSAT sales
  • Good verbal and written English communication is required for interactions with external and internal customers
