Core Responsibilities:

• New Product Introduction (NPI) of System in Package (SiP) products
• Design review for manufacturing (DFM), technical risk assessment (TRA) and assembly process flow suggestion for new products from customers
• Development of new technologies required for NPI – including process, material, system
• Troubleshooting for technical or quality problems during the NPI procedure
• Direct collaborations and frequent communications with customer counterparts
• Close cooperation with factory teams for a seamless transition from NPI to mass production

Required Qualifications:

• Working on the wireless system (Connectivity, Cellular, 5G) bring-up, integration, development, validation, and manufacturing processes
• Practical knowledge of wireless test verification and validation test equipment and systems including building blocks, RF systems characteristics of building blocks, test system design, implementation and commissioning
