Underfill Engineer
核心职责：
- Process optimization and fine-tuning for needs of product quality and yield, etc.
- 新产品鉴定和制程利润率评估
- 质量问题处理和问题解决管理
- 客户支持和定期会议管理
所需资质：
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in science or engineering
- More than three years of experience as a process engineer
- 团队协作，有效的沟通和演讲技巧
- 熟悉相对基本的生产程序故障
- 有稳定封装制程的经验等
- English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) are mandatory

焊线工程师
核心职责：
- 塑封技术相关工程技能熟练
- 了解塑封模具和腔式设计
- 了解模具仿真软件和方法
- 设置机器参数，从而创建方案（编程）
- 有丰富的塑封压力控制系统经验
- 设置新机器和 DOE 工艺条件
- 为机器/生产线验收评估项目编写报告
- 提高质量和良率，排除故障
- 分析工艺中的故障，制定纠正措施
- 了解与 PMC、SAT、X 光相关的工艺
所需资质：
- 学士学位
- 5 年以上经验
- 团队协作，有效的沟通和演讲技巧
- 熟悉相对基本的生产程序故障
- 有稳定封装制程的经验等
