• ラインシフト追跡による日次／週次／月次のカットオフ、3シフトのリソース配置と連携
• リスクアセスメント、監査、記録による品質の総括と管理
• すべての主要なデバイスのサイクルタイムを計画とともに見直し、確実に管理する
• シフト工程の状態（在庫、年齢ロット、小ロット分布）の確認と異常指摘
• ラインへの口頭フィードバックとサポートにはアクションプランを含む概要が必要

必要な資格：

• 理工系の学士以上
• More than five years of experience in electronics production
• EMSテスト業務経験のある方を優遇
• 組立／テストプロセス、QC（品質管理）ツールとシステムに精通していること
• 納期厳守（OTD）、サイクルタイム（CT）、および品質コンセプト
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力、標準作業手順書や作業指示に関する総合力
• 生産管理への責任感があること
• MS Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）に精通していること
