Design Engineer


Job Summary:

Responsible for completing package designs (leadframe/laminate/WLCSP & Bumping product) and associated support documentation. To partake in daily communications with customers, factory personnel, suppliers, and design/characterization team members to insure the successful execution and completion of design projects and R&D support programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, related in Engineering major
  • More than one year working in semiconductor process field
  • Know about the relative basic semiconductor package procedure
  • Computer operation skill and design tool
  • Good verbal and written English communications is required for interactions with external and internal customers

Sr. IT Engineer


Job Summary:

Develop and maintain IT Infrastructure such as storage and networking; Level 2 support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Data Center level virtual environment and storage infrastructure
  • Day-to-day management of physical/virtual servers (UCS) and storage services (Netapp)
  • Install Microsoft Windows Server, VMWare ESX Server on supported x86-based hardware platforms, work closely with other teams to ensure proper systems setup and configuration
  • Maintain backup facility/backup policy/job/tape management
  • Manage available virtual and storage resources within the infrastructure environment
  • Assist with maintenance & of departmental documentation (e.g. run books, policies, procedures, processes)
  • Standard system administrator functions such as server build outs, monitoring, patch/security updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Infrastructure Technology certifications and proficiency with VMware VCP
  • A minimum of four years’ experience with Windows server, VMware and/or Linux systems
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience with NAS/SAN solutions such as NetApp FAS, EMC VNX, EMC Isilon
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience with D2D or Tape backup solutions such as NetBackup or CommVault, NBU appliance
  • Experience with data management protocol: NAS, DFS, CIFS, NFS, and NDMP
  • Experience with storage networking such as iSCSI or Fiber Channel
  • Experience with Cisco UCS and VSAN, DC network virtualization based on SDN controllers and virtual switches
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Fluent in English

Sr. Quality Engineer


Job Summary:

Responsible for assigned customer quality related activities, including customer meeting, customer report, document review, customer audit, external and internal quality issue handling and reviewing, CAPA follow up, continuous quality improvement project, engineer skill training, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer complain/investigation request/return material handling, including analysis, investigation, follow up, corrective action and reported with customer (8D)
  • Co-work with relevant function teams for customer feedback or requirement carry out
  • Introduce the customer specific requirement and quality standards into quality system and processes.
  • Customer SPEC review and handling
  • Representing the customer in the disposition of discrepant material or process.
  • Helping identify and initiate control actions for non-conforming material or process
  • Customer audit and 3rd party coordination and ready
  • Other duty assigned by supervisor

Travel Required:

Domestic 30% International 5%

Qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering
  • More than five years’ experience in assembly/fabless/semiconductor
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can work under high pressure
  • Fluent in English
