• 具备工业及/或商业加工设备的操作知识、半导体或电力行业工作经验者优先
• 必须了解行业标准、规范和法规，并能够应用于现场电力系统的维护操作
• 精通电气工程原理、实践、流程、设计/建造，并能实际应用以解决报批和项目作业相关问题
• 具备有关控制、水、气体和化学品或机械等相邻学科的能力和综合知识
• 对相关工程和电气施工法律、规范、法规、合规实践和记录保存要求具备清晰且专业的认知
• 具备批判性思维和解决问题的能力，能够运用技术知识从测试结果、数据整理、计算、统计分析中得出结论，并找到最有效、最经济、最合乎逻辑的解决方案
• 具备有效协调并积极指导分包商的能力
• 具有设备连接与布局规划经验，包括生产设备矩阵审查、招标文件编制、现场监督、设备联调投运和交接
• 对于扩建施工项目，有执行与规划、设计、施工、竣工和各种许可相关所有任务的经验

身体要求：

• 必须能够安全攀爬梯子，并在梯子、脚手架、升降机、屋顶或平台等位置开展高空作业，且具备在密闭空间工作的能力

优先考虑以下条件的人员：

• 有半导体/先进制造行业经验者优先
• 具有洁净室公用设施设备管理、设施优化、节能规划及公用设施运营经验者优先

地点：

该职位初期将在亚利桑那州坦佩市的全球总部工作，后续将调至亚利桑那州皮奥里亚市的新建工厂。 此职位需现场办公，但可酌情灵活安排远程工作。
