Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Accounting Manager to join our Amkor Technology Arizona facility. The Accounting Manager will manage the monthly financial review and closing process, will work with various departments to analyze and properly account for the related transactions, will support internal and external financial reporting, and will research and document accounting positions for new, unusual, and/or infrequent accounting events as needed. This position will report to the Controller of the Amkor Technology Arizona facility.

Job Summary

Amkor Technology Arizona is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical systems for Amkor’s OSAT factory. This includes medium and low-voltage power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting, facility infrastructure and tools hookup. This role ensures reliable, safe, and efficient electrical power delivery to support manufacturing and cleanroom operations.

Responsibilities will evolve throughout the project lifecycle, ranging from design and commissioning to full-scale operations, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to each phase.

• Collaborate with electrical design consultants to ensure system requirements and specifications are met
• Review electrical drawings, submittals, and monitor construction progress
• Support commissioning activities, including equipment preparation, functional testing, and system validation
• Identify and resolve abnormalities during construction and start-up phases
• Manage documentation, manuals, and handover processes for electrical systems
• Provide operational and maintenance support for electrical distribution systems, Arc Flash Studies, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and emergency generators
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and corporate guidelines
• Perform system capacity planning, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities to meet dynamic production demands
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to optimize electrical system performance and energy efficiency
• Conduct system evaluations and implement improvements through capital and expense projects
• Maintain accurate documentation for operational and maintenance procedures
• Apply reliability engineering principles, including FMEA and root cause analysis, to improve system performance

• 3+ years of experience in electrical systems engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and emergency power systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and other relevant standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, arc flashy study software
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in semiconductor facility design, construction, commissioning, and start-up

Job Summary

The Manager, US Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Compliance is responsible for establishing, leading, and sustaining a best-in-class FTZ compliance program for Amkor’s Arizona manufacturing facility. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert on FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations, ensuring full regulatory compliance while driving duty savings, operational efficiency, and supply chain optimization. The Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, corporate compliance, and regulatory agencies to implement strong controls, oversee audits and reporting, and support seamless FTZ operations aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the implementation of a robust Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) compliance program for Amkor’s Arizona manufacturing facility
• Develop and operationalize effective FTZ procedures and controls, including the inventory control and recordkeeping system (ICRS), the FTZ operations manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related internal controls
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on FTZ and US Customs requirements, guiding and training operational teams and coordinating closely with Amkor’s global corporate compliance team
• Drive compliance and operational excellence to ensure adherence to US Customs regulations, maximize duty savings and enhance supply chain efficiency
• Serve as the primary liaison with CBP, the FTZ Board, and other regulatory agencies
• Ensure all FTZ activities, including admissions, exports, and zone-to-zone transfers, are compliant with federal regulations
• Prepare and submit required reports to CBP and the FTZ Board in a timely and accurate manner
• Track and report on FTZ cost savings and operational performance to senior leadership.
• Conduct regular internal assessments and audits, as well as manage external compliance assessments conducted by CBP
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in logistics, warehousing, procurement, and finance to support seamless FTZ operations
• Support the management and oversight of transportation and brokerage service providers relevant to the FTZ

필수 자격:

• Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in US Customs compliance and FTZ operations
• Working knowledge of US import/export regulations, documentation, systems and recordkeeping
• Licensed Customs Broker or related accreditation highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills; self-starter and team player
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive compliance and operational excellence
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones
