Job Summary:
- General support on process control of metrology tools at the WLP and Bump areas
- Set-ups, qualifies and optimizes metrology recipes and tools for production, assuring tool group capacity is in place
- Performs Bias Analysis, GRR, Long Term Stability Studies and other MSA analysis for process/tool control and guarantee of stability/repeatability and tool matching over time
- Designs and conducts experiments for process development and drives corrective actions
- Documents process and parameters. Issue accurate, complete reports of work
Qualifications:
- MSC Engineering preference in Physics, Optics, Electronics, Computation & Data Analysis

Job Summary:
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Systematic control of the equipment performance level (downtime, frequency of alarms and others)
- Analyze the causes of equipment failure and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Execution of failure reports after solving the problem
- Optimize equipment costs related to “Spare Parts”, consumables and others
- Actively contribute to the Operations Team to achieve the planned production and quality objectives
Qualifications:
- 12th year – technical area: electricity, electronics, mechanical, automation, robotics
- Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and micro-welding
- Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English and Informatics
- Availability for work in rotating shifts

Job Summary:
- Configure, qualify and optimize equipment and parameters to improve productivity, yield, and quality and assure production capacity is in place
- Support R&D new product set-up
