Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up objectives/goals for the system, make individual work and career development plans, and timely report any updates for the working progress
• Develop and update system SPEC files and work instructions
• Responsible for summary and presentation of related issues and achievements
• Management for HVAC system FFU/MAU/RAU/DCC/cleanroom TH & Particle, etc.
• Familiar with CDA/N2/PV/Exhaust/Chiller/Cooling tower/Hot water systems and with operation & system maintenance;

• Make sure the systems are stable and reliable for system operation optimization proposal and the implementation
• Responsible for HVAC-relevant systems incident/accident handling, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting, provide improvement plans and preventive actions, and timely report the progress
• Responsible for relevant systems PR application and management for maintenance, repair, and consumables and services
• Planning, construction, buy-off, and takeover of the new, modified, and expanded projects
• Supervision and management of related suppliers on equipment, spares, consumables, and services
• Other things assigned by the manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sustaining and/or optimizing process yields and process quality of the products through process improvement programs (SPC) and process monitoring (process capability-SPC) on production lines. This includes data collection, analysis, and charting of process monitoring
• Responsible for evaluating, establishing, qualifying, and implementing manufacturing process to production (due to changes in processes, materials, equipment & tooling)
• Responsible for qualifying new materials, tooling, equipment, new devices/packages, and generation of specifications, work-instruction, and procedures for production. This includes BOM verifications and validations
• Responsible for analyzing and disposition of abnormality or low-yield lots. This includes the disposition of questionable (MRB) materials
• Recommend, evaluate, and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing the company’s competitiveness through higher output and lower cost
• Support and resolve production line process-related problems

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing sales performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize Amkor sales at the accounts
  • Take ownership of relevant key performance indicators (mostly come from AOP) and drive corrective actions if required
  • Ensure all key internal systems and processes are updated on a timely cadence with accurate information
  • Sharing best practices with other parts of the organizations and other accounts in order to ensure continuous development of both personnel and the team
• New product introduction
  • Identify opportunities for Amkor and Develop Amkor’s strategy to win business
  • Work with TPM and BU closely to make sure NPI moving smoothly and complete on time
• Customer relationship management
  • Represent and convey the customer needs internally at Amkor to BU, factories or a relative team
  • Ensure adequate priorities are set in order to execute the strategy
• Management of customer agreements
• Leads negotiation with key customers of Amkor required agreements as well as customer required agreement
• Business intelligence
  • Understand customer business strategy, opportunity and issue
  • Understand the ecosystem of the specific IC product market of your customer and even the end customer
  • Understand Amkor’s competition from your key account

Travel Required:

• Domestic 30% International 5%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Marketing
• More than 5 years in Semiconductor, and 3+ years in IC OSAT sales
• Good verbal and written English communication is required for interactions with external and internal customers

Qualifications:

• Familiar with the substrate or PCB manufacturing process on Cu plating, pattern, solder mask, and surface treatment (Au plating, OSP, etc.)
• Two years experience in the substrate or PCB industry for PE or QE or two years working experience at an OSAT for SQE
• ISO 9001/TS16949 training/certificate, familiar with problem-solving skills with statistic tools (such as 8D), change control, MRB flow, QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA
• English language reading, writing, and oral skills
