Amkor Technology Korea (ATK) implemented a two-month internship course for technical high school students on September 11, 2022. Since April, ATK has held career fairs for 13 technical high schools under the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education. ATK designed and supported this course and training process to increase involvement. All participants were hired after completing the course.

Recruiting local high school students contributes to the community’s development. Hiring skilled employees with customized training generates strong job competencies and high productivity.
