Amkor Celebrates CHIPS Act Funding for Arizona Assembly & Test Facility
Amkor Technology was honored to host leadership from the White House, the U.S. Department of Commerce, state elected officials, and community leaders to celebrate the signing of a non-binding preliminary memorandum of terms (PMT) to receive funds to establish an Advanced Packaging and Test facility in Peoria, Arizona.
The event underscored Arizona’s role as a leader in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. It also showcased Amkor’s commitment to establishing a robust and resilient domestic semiconductor supply chain in the United States.
