NEPCON Nagoya 2019
Amkor Technology is pleased to be part of the NEPCON Nagoya 2019 event being held in Nagoya, Japan on September 18-20.
SangHyoun Lee, Sr. Dir – Technology Project Leader at Amkor Technology, will be present “Advanced Fan-Out Technology for the Coming Era of Artifical Intelligence” during the summit.
