NANO Biz Forum

Amkor Technology will be attending the NANO Biz Forum, an industry event focused on nanotechnology innovations that address the limitations of AI semiconductor materials, components, and equipment. The event will take place on July 8–10 at KINTEX in Goyang, South Korea. The forum brings together industry leaders, researchers, and technology innovators to explore advancements that will help drive the next generation of semiconductor performance, manufacturing, and system integration.

As part of the conference program, EunSook Sohn, Characterization Division Manager, will present “Engineering the Future of Advanced Packaging Through Simulation and Characterization.” Amkor team members will be on-site to connect with customers, partners, and industry peers, discussing evolving market needs and emerging opportunities across the semiconductor value chain.
