Astera Labs, founded in 2017, recently achieved a major milestone by going public in March 2024. From the beginning, Amkor Technology has been their preferred OSAT supplier, diligently manufacturing the essential products that played a critical role in their rapid ascent and success. In recognition of our solid support and the integral part we’ve played in their journey, Astera Labs’ executive team organized an elegant and memorable dinner party. This event was designed to express their profound gratitude for our collaboration and partnership.

The evening unfolded with an atmosphere of celebration and camaraderie as executives and team members from both companies gathered to share in this joyous occasion. Heartfelt toasts were made, with leaders from both sides recounting the many challenges overcome and successes achieved together.
