In December 2022, Amkor Technology Vietnam (ATV) marked the first anniversary of its establishment. Amkor Technology Korea (ATK) President JongRip Ji said, “ATV possesses infinite growth potential, and 2023 will serve as the starting point for us to seize numerous opportunities.” Additionally, he said, “ATV will significantly contribute to Amkor’s transformation into a century-old company as one of the world’s premier semiconductor packaging and testing companies.” The initial stage of construction for ATV is projected to conclude by the third quarter, with full-scale production commencing in the fourth quarter.
