Amkor Technology has moved up 250 positions in 3BL’s 2026 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking, a significant achievement that reflects its ongoing commitment to corporate responsibility.

Amkor moved from #358 in 2025 to #108 in 2026, placing the company among the top 11% of the 1,000 largest U.S. public companies evaluated. The year-over-year improvement reflects the collective efforts of teams across the global organization to advance corporate responsibility and strengthen public disclosures.

The 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking is a comprehensive external benchmark that evaluates the largest publicly traded U.S. companies across 221 corporate responsibility and sustainability factors. The ranking relies entirely on publicly available information and uses a continuously evolving methodology developed in partnership with ISS-Corporate and informed by stakeholder feedback.

Amkor improved its position across every major pillar measured by the ranking, including Climate Change, Employees, Environment, Stakeholders & Society, Human Rights and Governance. Because the ranking is based entirely on public disclosure, enhancements to Amkor’s 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report were a key driver of Amkor’s stronger performance.

Highlights from Amkor’s 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report include:

• Continued progress toward Amkor’s Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)-validated net-zero goal, including increased renewable energy use and strengthened supplier engagement.
• Enhanced climate-related disclosures aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework.
• New sections covering workforce programs, smart factory initiatives and chemical management efforts.
• Continued focus on employee health and safety, business ethics, water and waste reduction, supply chain management and responsible minerals sourcing.
• External recognition, including “A” scores from Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and Prime status from Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).

Amkor’s progress in the ranking was also reflected in several notable results:

• Amkor’s Information Technology sector ranking improved from #66 to #27, representing the sector’s largest gain this year.
• Amkor ranked #28 for Climate Change and #14 for Human Rights among evaluated companies.
• Amkor came within 0.30 points of earning a place in the Top 100.
