SEMICON China 2026

Amkor Technology will participate in SEMICON China 2026, one of the semiconductor industry’s largest and most influential events. The exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from March 25–27, 2026, with accompanying conference programs taking place at the Kerry Hotel Pudong.

SEMICON China brings together global leaders across the microelectronics supply chain and features extensive exhibitions and technical forums covering IC manufacturing, advanced packaging, compound semiconductors, smart mobility, and other fast‑advancing sectors within the semiconductor ecosystem.

As part of the event program, Wendy Zhou, Senior Director, Greater China Sales & Marketing at Amkor Technology, will deliver a presentation on the topic Advanced Package and Chiplets, offering high‑level insights aligned with Amkor’s commitment to advancing semiconductor packaging technologies.
