Senior Manager, Sales
Job Summary
- Amkor Technology is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Sales for our Munich office in Germany. This role is focused on managing an existing customer, identifying and penetrating new business opportunities, and managing corporate resources to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new opportunities as well as supporting existing engagements.

- Position Amkor for design wins for all new products and package decisions
- Responsible for managing customer business development activities associated with advanced technology development, qualification and production
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders – business units, research and development, technical program managers, customer service and factories to ensure flawless execution of program objectives
- Establish and manage the customer strategic goals and align corporate resources to achieve maximum profitable revenue
- Establish close relationships with key decision makers at various levels and groups both internally and externally
- Negotiate with customer regarding contracts and pricing
- Partner with the account team and corporate resources to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop new business where identified, meet strategic goals for the account to contribute to company goals and annual plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline or in Industrial Engineering (i.e. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Experience: At least 8 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth within the semiconductor industry, packaging a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate in both large and small groups, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a highly dynamic, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement
- Proven strategic thinker who can engage with all levels of leadership
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural company with global operations
기타 요구사항
- 유럽, 미국 및 아시아 영업시간 내에서 유연하게 근무할 수 있는 자
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25% of the time)
- Self-driven and showing initiative in follow-up of multiple customers relationships
- Knowledge of SAP and/or SalesForce is an advantage
