SMTA International 2026

Amkor Technology will participate in SMTA International 2026, an annual industry conference and exposition that brings together engineers, technicians, researchers, and business leaders from around the world for technical education, hands-on exhibitions, professional development, and industry networking. The event will take place October 25-29, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

At the conference, YoungDo Kweon, Senior Director, Chiplets/FCBGA Development, will present “AI and HPC Advanced Packaging Technology.” Additional details about the presentation will be shared at a later date.
