IMAPS Power 2026

Amkor Technology will participate in IMAPS Power 2026, a technical workshop focused on the latest developments in power electronics, packaging technologies and advanced materials. The event will take place on November 26, 2026, at the GREMAN Amphitheater in Tours, France. The workshop brings together engineers, researchers and industry professionals to exchange technical knowledge and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities in power electronics packaging.

At the workshop, Francesco Condorelli, Director, Product Marketing, will present “From SDVs to AI Data Centers: How OSATs Enable the Next Generation of Power Semiconductor Packaging.” Additional details about the presentation will be shared at a later date.
