Amkor is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and recently took a significant step toward this goal. We hosted the supplier workshop for science-based target (SBT) setting at Amkor Korea (K5).

Through this workshop, Amkor introduced SBT to our suppliers and encouraged them to establish their targets by 2028. The event brought together around 80 suppliers of semiconductor materials. Our Corporate Sustainability and Procurement teams are collaborating closely with these partners to assist them in setting science-based targets and implementing effective reduction measures.

We sincerely thank all suppliers for their participation. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and engagement as we work together to reduce emissions throughout our supply chain.
