- Profile and Application Details – employment and education history, licenses and certifications, language skills, professional memberships, military service, assessments, resume/CV, cover letter, references, letters of recommendation, LinkedIn profile URL, and desired compensation.
- Demographic Information – gender, race and ethnicity, veteran status, and work authorization. In certain circumstances, this may also include date of birth, marital status, citizenship/nationality, and government identification numbers.
- Travel, Interview, and Visit Information – information needed to conduct interviews and support onsite visits, including travel‑related identifiers and preferences, smock and shoe size, images, video, and other information collected during interactions with us.
- Health and Safety Data – disability status, work restrictions, accommodation requests, and health screenings.

We may generate personal information about you during the recruitment process. This information may include:
- Interview and Screening Data – information created by us during interviews, assessments, and the review of your application, including notes, evaluations, and any scoring or ranking results.

- To Conduct Interviews, Assessments, and Screenings – to schedule and conduct interviews, administer assessments, and perform background screening, testing, and reference checks.
- To Make Hiring Decisions – to make decisions regarding your candidacy, prepare offers and employment terms, and support onboarding activities.
- To Establish and Maintain Records – to create and maintain records related to your application, and if hired, to establish and manage your employment record.
- To Support Business Operations – to conduct workforce planning and analytics, prepare budgets and forecasts, generate internal reports, ensure safety and security, and improve our recruitment process.
- To Comply with Our Legal Obligations – to meet our legal obligations, including maintaining records for tax and audit purposes and responding to lawful access requests from authorities.
- To Enforce Our Rights and Resolve Disputes – to enforce our agreements, manage disputes, respond to claims, and protect our rights.
Use of AI in the Recruitment Process
We use automated tools to support the recruitment process. These tools recommend skills for you to add to your profile, help recruiters evaluate how closely your skills align with job requirements, and generate summaries of interview feedback. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

We may share your personal information with our corporate group of companies, third parties that support the recruitment process, and public or regulatory authorities. We share personal information only for the purposes described in this Notice. When we share personal information, we take appropriate measures to help ensure it is protected and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Amkor의 개인정보 보호 방식
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical controls to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure, and accidental loss, modification, and destruction. These measures include data governance policies, encryption, and access controls that protect our facilities, systems, and data. We also provide our employees with regular security training and require our service providers to meet our security standards.
We apply enhanced security measures to protect sensitive personal information, including strict role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and safeguards that restrict storage to highly secure environments.
Amkor의 개인정보 보관 기간
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice. For successful applicants, we retain personal information for the duration of employment and up to seven years thereafter. For unsuccessful applicants, we retain personal information for up to three years.
When personal information is no longer needed, or if there is no longer a valid legal basis for its retention, we will securely dispose of or anonymize it. In assessing whether to retain personal information for our legitimate interests, we consider factors such as the nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for processing, and whether those purposes can be achieved through other means.
